Semax and libido

So I've been taking Semax (nasal spray version from Ceretropic) daily for approximately 2 weeks now in dosages of 600-1000mcg and I've noticed a decrease in libido.

Not sure if it's caused by Semax but I'll stop using it for now to see if anything changes.

Was wondering if any of you had similar experiences with Semax?

I haven't used it, but thought it actually would be a concern. Semax is an antagonist for MC4R, which is related to bonerz and libido, which probably explains your libido drop.

The MC4 receptor does affect sex drive. That is why Melanotan II increases sex drive. I've tried that, and it certainly does. Activation of the melanocortin system usually increases drive, though. I would think Semax would increase sex drive because of that. However, maybe there is an MC4 interaction we do not know about.
