Disappointing Semax / Selank order with Ceretropic

Having always received my Semax and Selank shipments warm-to-hot in the mail, I had my latest order sent UPS 2nd Day Air from Ceretropic yesterday. UPS 2nd Day Air offers Saturday delivery, and since the site made no mention that they wouldn't utilize the Saturday delivery option, I assumed I would get my product tomorrow.

They shipped it VERY quickly, as they always do, but imagine my surprise when I saw that my shipment wasn't to arrive until Monday! 4 days for my 2-day package, which was ordered because the product needs climate control!

When I expressed my concern, customer service told me that they knew it would arrive Monday when they shipped it, and I should probably just try USPS next time! Too bad for you, customer!

I am NOT happy. As a business that is so interactive with its customers on this site and knowledgeable about their product, I expected more.

If they are shipping a product that needs to stay cold, and they know full well it won't arrive cold despite their customer ordering it for 2-day delivery, they should at LEAST offer to hold the package for shipment so it doesn't sit in hot warehouses and trucks for 4 days.

Ceretropic customer - Ceretropic did everything they could for you and you did indeed get a lot more than you'd get from most vendors of just about anything. Seems a little excessive to post a whole thread about your disappointment.

Haha, perhaps you do! I have not ordered anything from you guys in a few years, though.

Have you guys been having any USPS issues? Tracking updating weird, or packages going to the wrong state?

I agree. It's fucked up. Trust me, I had to shut my fucking company down because of this. Ceretropic is no more because of the bullshit in this country. So nobody is more frustrated than me. I fought for years for this.
