Disappointing Semax / Selank order with Ceretropic

Original post in this thread

Having always received my Semax and Selank shipments warm-to-hot in the mail, I had my latest order sent UPS 2nd Day Air from Ceretropic yesterday. UPS 2nd Day Air offers Saturday delivery, and since the site made no mention that they wouldn't utilize the Saturday delivery option, I assumed I would get my product tomorrow.

They shipped it VERY quickly, as they always do, but imagine my surprise when I saw that my shipment wasn't to arrive until Monday! 4 days for my 2-day package, which was ordered because the product needs climate control!

When I expressed my concern, customer service told me that they knew it would arrive Monday when they shipped it, and I should probably just try USPS next time! Too bad for you, customer!

I am NOT happy. As a business that is so interactive with its customers on this site and knowledgeable about their product, I expected more.

If they are shipping a product that needs to stay cold, and they know full well it won't arrive cold despite their customer ordering it for 2-day delivery, they should at LEAST offer to hold the package for shipment so it doesn't sit in hot warehouses and trucks for 4 days.

I guess I need to start looking for a new s…

Your order came in at 5:30am yesterday, and left our office at 12pm the same day. Literally nobody else ships that fast. As I told you via email, UPS is a private carrier, and only delivers M-F. You did not tell us that you needed it on a specific date, so we did not manually estimate when it would arrive, and try to accommodate it. Had you emailed us saying this was a time-sensitive thing, we would have worked with you. We send thousands of orders a month. We cannot manually confirm each one's arrival date with customers before getting them out. Our goal is to get the orders to the carrier that you selected as fast as humanly possible. That is what we did.

I am sorry that you feel upset. However, we are the only people on the planet selling nasal spray Semax, with the quickest shipping out the door of any vendor, and arguably the fastest customer service there is. We operate 6 days a week, with me answering support requests till 8pm most nights. There is not much more I can do to give you the service you are asking for. There is no way I would ever say, "Too bad for you, customer!" There is just not much more I can do once the package is in the carrier's hands.

German customs seized and destroyed my Semax/Selank order worth 240 $.

Most of our German customers use a reshipper in the EU when ordering peptides. We get regular powders into Germany no problem. However, sometimes they are weird with peptides. So usually German customers use a reshipper

You are going to want an antimicrobial in nasal sprays. Not using one is just asking for a bad time. If microbes grow in the spray, you will be spraying them right where they could potentially get past your blood brain b

Four(-ish) questions about NA-Selank!

I agree. It's fucked up. Trust me, I had to shut my fucking company down because of this. Ceretropic is no more because of the bullshit in this country. So nobody is more frustrated than me. I fought for years for this.
