Disappointing Semax / Selank order with Ceretropic

Having always received my Semax and Selank shipments warm-to-hot in the mail, I had my latest order sent UPS 2nd Day Air from Ceretropic yesterday. UPS 2nd Day Air offers Saturday delivery, and since the site made no mention that they wouldn't utilize the Saturday delivery option, I assumed I would get my product tomorrow.
They shipped it VERY quickly, as they always do, but imagine my surprise when I saw that my shipment wasn't to arrive until Monday! 4 days for my 2-day package, which was ordered because the product needs climate control!
When I expressed my concern, customer service told me that they knew it would arrive Monday when they shipped it, and I should probably just try USPS next time! Too bad for you, customer!
I am NOT happy. As a business that is so interactive with its customers on this site and knowledgeable about their product, I expected more.
If they are shipping a product that needs to stay cold, and they know full well it won't arrive cold despite their customer ordering it for 2-day delivery, they should at LEAST offer to hold the package for shipment so it doesn't sit in hot warehouses and trucks for 4 days.
I guess I need to start looking for a new s…

I appreciate your position. As I said, your product was out the door extremely fast, and that is usually a great thing.
Maybe a disclaimer on your site that you do not provide UPS's Saturday delivery option for 2nd Day Air mail (which does exist)? So that people can wait to place their climate controlled packages for days when 2-day mail will arrive in 2 days?

Trust me, I would have enabled Saturday delivery if it was an option. UPS API integration does not let you select Saturday delivery. Also, our shipping software does not let us enable Saturday delivery. We can manually go down to the UPS office, and then they allow us to pay for Saturday delivery. However, that is all a manual process, and literally doubles the price of the 2 day air. Again, if you had asked us beforehand that you wanted that, we could have worked with you to get it. We do special requests for people all the time. However, you have to ask us before things go out.
I have a section about UPS delivery on our "Shipping & Returns" page. I added the warning about Saturday delivery in there, so people do not get confused in the future. If you are just concerned about stability, you have nothing to worry about. The sprays are extremely stable. The temperature-controlled packaging is just an extra precaution. In fact, there is more risk of freezing at the moment, rather than high temps degrading it. But that risk is very low. We ship to countries all over the world. Sometimes it takes almost a month to get there, and the sprays are still fine. We use ultrapure 18 megaohm deionized water. That's about as pure of water you can get. There are almost no ions in the water to catalyze the breakdown of the peptide bonds. I would not worry. We've thought about the scenarios.
