Anyone else take L-theanine every day?

So, since discovering theanine a couple months ago, I've turned a couple friends onto it and use it a lot myself. Sometimes with caffeine, sometimes before bed, especially if I've been drinking, and sometimes just to chill. But that all adds up to me taking 200-400 mg about every day. I don't use any prescription drugs or many pills at all except for things like pepto-bismol and ibuprofen.
I know theanine is new and all, and there isn't too much research on the subject, so I'll settle for anecdotal evidence for now. Does anyone else take theanine every day, and have you discovered a tolerance or other side effects?
Thanks!

LOL yeah. Taking Theanine caps is dumb, but I spend $20 on 4 oz of gyokuru at TEAVANA of all places. At least order online. No offense. I've purchased their Gyokuru and it's cool and all, but I also just took 600mg of theanine today. I don't have the money, time, nor patience for that.
Sorry for trolling, but let's be objective here.
