I've been using the recommended 25mg/day dose of Mk-677 from Ceretropic for at least three weeks now. I haven't gotten relevant bloodwork for it yet (forgot to check the right boxes for it..)
But, the standard acute effects are present: flushing in the face, particularly my ears, and a strong hunger.
I will say that I've gained some weight since I've been on it, and that it's getting stored mostly in my legs, and calves. None on my upper body really, which is unique, because I am a male and males tend not to store fat there.
My caloric intake hasn't changed significantly, so I've been struggling to understand what is happening. I am lead to think that the unpredictable nature of the GH spikes caused by mk-677, as opposed to the predictable spikes caused by SubQ injections of GHRH/GHRP, are timing up with dietary intake, and are causing some level of insulin resistance.
Contrastingly, with SubQ GHRP/GHRH, users are recommended to abstain from eating anything for a period of an hour before an…

I believe the clinical trials for HGH frag 176-191 showed that it is ineffective for fat loss, but The other 2 will definitely do the trick.

It's not effective on it's own. It should be taken just before a workout, along with the other GH peptides. I notice a lot more belly fat loss when using it along side the others, compared to when I just take CJC/Ipamorelin. If you do not workout right after taking it, it will not do anything. It's MOA is to signal the release of energy from fat stores. If you do not use that energy, you will not lose any fat.
There is another peptide called FTPP, which actually cuts off bloodflow to fat cells. That will work for sedentary people. However, I am not 100% comfortable offering that yet.
