I've been using the recommended 25mg/day dose of Mk-677 from Ceretropic for at least three weeks now. I haven't gotten relevant bloodwork for it yet (forgot to check the right boxes for it..)
But, the standard acute effects are present: flushing in the face, particularly my ears, and a strong hunger.
I will say that I've gained some weight since I've been on it, and that it's getting stored mostly in my legs, and calves. None on my upper body really, which is unique, because I am a male and males tend not to store fat there.
My caloric intake hasn't changed significantly, so I've been struggling to understand what is happening. I am lead to think that the unpredictable nature of the GH spikes caused by mk-677, as opposed to the predictable spikes caused by SubQ injections of GHRH/GHRP, are timing up with dietary intake, and are causing some level of insulin resistance.
Contrastingly, with SubQ GHRP/GHRH, users are recommended to abstain from eating anything for a period of an hour before an…

I see some people recommending to take those peptides before sleep and right after you wake up, or half an hour before each meal, or right before workouts. who's right?

You want to not eat an hour before, or 30 min after, dosing any of the GH peptides. Insulin response will blunt the GH release. If you are looking to lose weight, then the HGH-176-191 should be dosed just before a workout. That allows you to use the energy that is released from your fat stores. If you don't exercise right after taking it, you are not going to see any results. I usually dose right when I wake up, and wait a while to eat. Then I dose before an afternoon workout. I also dose before bed sometimes, as long as I have not eaten lose to the time of dosing.
So you always want to avoid food around the time of dosing, due to insulin affecting the efficacy of the GH release. That is for the GHRH and GHRPs. The HGH fragment should be taken just before a workout for best effects. Some people take the GH peptides 3-4x per day. So they could all be right, depending on what they are using, and what their goals are.
