I'm interested in hearing feedback from anyone that has tried this form of magnesium. In particular, I'm interested in it's possible nootropic effects (and maybe the difference between it and higher doses of other forms like magnesium malate). Below are a few studies:

Supposedly the results of a small study in humans should be released in the near future. However, until that happens all I have to go by are studies on mice and anecdotal feedback.

I do not notice any difference between it and other forms like glycinate, citrate, or malate. I would save your money, and get one of those other forms. Also, the company that hold the patent on it keeps saying that studies will come out confirming it, but they never do.
