"Each Intellect capsule contains Green Tea Extract, Alcar, Lion’s mane, L-tyrosine, L-theanine and Bacopa (20% Bacosides)."

Anyone want to chime in on this "Intellect" stack?

What they were answering

No problem sir and no he does not. I am always open to switching how the product is constructed.. I wanted to get into selling stacks with more potent nootropics in it but its a grey area in a supplement but buying each one themselves isn't which is strange. Any suggestions that people would want more of a certain ingredient or be interested in taking would be great.

I have a feeling my next product coming out called Perseverance will be more a hit as people can "feel" it more as its a stimulant. But Intellect does work well it just takes a while to notice the effects build up.

Word of caution, you will probably get torn apart here. /r/Nootropics generally does not like pre-made stacks like yours; especially ones that do not have adequate reasonings backing up the ratios and amounts. Also, there is no indication of what type of extracts you are using, or the purity testing done on the ingredients before going into the product. Are you using a water or alcohol Lion's Mane extract? What percentage EGCG is your green tea extract? Is it decaffeinated? What percentage bacosides is your bacopa? Is your product made in a GMP facility? I assume you contract the production and fulfillment out? What about heavy metals testing?

So is Paul Stamet’s Brand Host Defense Garbage in terms of Lions Mane?

Replying to silver-silver · Chinese grown mushrooms apparently contain heavy metals from the ridiculous amount of air pollution over there.

That's propaganda from Paul Stamets to try and make people think Chinese mushrooms are bad. It's just plain false. We test every batch of mushrooms that comes through, and not once have we rejected one due to heavy metal

It certainly might be an option at some point. I think optimizing the cultivation of the plant, and extraction of the compound, is going to be a more doable plan than straight synthesis.
