Does anyone have a vendor they trust for bulk tianeptine that ships to the US?

My preferred vendor, THT.co just replied to an email I sent them inquiring about when they were getting Tianeptine back in stock. The email is at quoted
"Sorry for the late reply. I'm afraid we don't plan on re-stocking Tianeptine on the advice of our lawyers. We still plan on selling it, but only in bulk and only to accredited research institutions. We are very sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.

Thanks very much for your continued support."

Everyone's risk level is different, for many different reasons. THT being in Hong Kong is going to mean they will make decisions differently than we do. Amineptine is scheduled in China, where it is not in the US. Perhaps their lawyer wanted them to distance themselves from a structural analog of a scheduled substance.
