sublingual administration method

Greetings! I'm looking for a little feedback on a sublingual administration method I have been piloting for certain powders.
As many on this sub know, sublingual administration can often be as challenging as it is inconvenient , so lately I've been using a different approach, and here's how: Simply put, I'll cut a small square of one-ply tissue paper into a 2"x2" square, weigh the proper dosage, and apply the powder the the center of the square. Roll up the paper, place under tongue, let dissolve. This post is meant to be both informative and inquisitive, so i'll ask, does anyone else practice a similar method? Any feedback is appreciated!

Only two-ply? That's like wiping your arse with bark.
