Transdermal delivery of Nootropics such as Noopept?

It looks like AgeForce just came out with their own "Nootropic Memory Enhancer Patch" that promises to deliver its ingredients (noopept, huperzine A, vinpocetine, yohimbine, hordenine) without passing them through the destructive digestive track. I took a brief look at the papers cited on their information page but was unable to decipher where transdermal application (vs IV or oral) was actually indicated to be an effective delivery method of these substances. Does anyone else have experience with transdermal delivery or even this patch in particular?

That patch is BS snake oil. Transdermal is only good for a very small subset of compounds, and is not very efficient. They are con men trying to sell a useless product.
