What should peptides looks like?

I just received my third order of peptides, and it looks quite different from my first two. My first two (from Ceretropic and Pepbridge) looked about the same--small amount of compacted white matter forming a disc on the bottom of the vial. The only difference I could tell was that the Pepbridge vials maintained pressure much better.
My third order is from Geo Peptides, and it looks radically different. Here's a picture.
The matter isn't compacted into a disc, and it takes up a substantially larger volume in the vial. The first vial I looked at, labeled 10mg Selank (second from left in the pic), contained a distinct boulder-like accretion that seemed larger than the entire contents of Ceretropic's 60mg Semax. My memory might be exaggerating that comparison, but it's a large accretion outside the disc I was expecting. Additionally, there is crystalline matter built up around the walls of the vials.
Should I be concerned about this? Does it indicate anything about the quality of the materials?

What's the difference between the 1293 and no DAC in terms of results and side effects?

1293 is only two amino acid substitutions, while 1295 is 4. 1293 has a much shorter half life in plasma (~5min), so it does not lead to nearly the same effects.
