Making my own SEMAX nasal spray

I bought everything needed to make my own sprayer but I wanted to be sure my math is right.
Semax comes in 60mg vial -> add 12ml Bacteriostatic Water to get 5mg/ml. -> The sprayer I got is 0.1ml per pump so each squirt should = 500mcg.
Is it a good idea to refrigerate after mixing since the peptide breaks down?

I assume though that de-ionised still has the issue of contamination that sterile water would? So no use after a few days?

No, it is UV treated, so there are no microbes. Also, we use methylparaben as an antimicrobial agent to prevent any growth.
