Making my own SEMAX nasal spray

I bought everything needed to make my own sprayer but I wanted to be sure my math is right.
Semax comes in 60mg vial -> add 12ml Bacteriostatic Water to get 5mg/ml. -> The sprayer I got is 0.1ml per pump so each squirt should = 500mcg.
Is it a good idea to refrigerate after mixing since the peptide breaks down?

Since you are not using deionized water, it will not be stable at room temp. You will have to keep it in the fridge. Peptides are less stable the lower the concentration of solution, since there are more ions in the water to catalyze the breakdown.
