Making my own SEMAX nasal spray

I bought everything needed to make my own sprayer but I wanted to be sure my math is right.
Semax comes in 60mg vial -> add 12ml Bacteriostatic Water to get 5mg/ml. -> The sprayer I got is 0.1ml per pump so each squirt should = 500mcg.
Is it a good idea to refrigerate after mixing since the peptide breaks down?

Will your sprays need to be refrigerated?

I would, yes. However, they should be stable at room temp. We just have not done stability testing to see just how stable they are at room temp. It's the same ingredients as the Russian drops, which state 2 years. However, that is hard to believe with what we know about peptides.
