Making my own SEMAX nasal spray

I bought everything needed to make my own sprayer but I wanted to be sure my math is right.
Semax comes in 60mg vial -> add 12ml Bacteriostatic Water to get 5mg/ml. -> The sprayer I got is 0.1ml per pump so each squirt should = 500mcg.
Is it a good idea to refrigerate after mixing since the peptide breaks down?

Is there a difference in breakdown between deionised water and BAC water?
So rather then make a batch with BAC water, i could make smaller batches with deionised and use before water ageing becomes an issue?
Oddly they made BAC water POM in the UK recently and getting the salt based version is much harder then the benzyl alcohol one that tickles

Deionized is much much more stable than regular bac water. Normal water has ions that catalyze the breakdown of the peptide bonds. We use super high quality 18 megaOhm UV treated deionized water, which will make the solution about as stable as it possibly can be.
