Since I cannot sticky the post made by /u/aesthet, I decided to make a text post with the links to both the poll, and the results. If you have used NSI-189, please add your experience to the poll, so that we can get some better data on how people are reacting.

No, it does not have to be. It seems to be more potent sublingually, though. I stayed with the 40mg doses from the studies, but that may have been a bit much. I would lower it a bit.

NSI-189 producing company´s CEO writes about it´s nootropic effects.

I am very interested in the 90 day dosing, as my effects turned south past week 5. Perhaps the benefits become side effects the longer you are on it. Getting some hard data on that will be very interesting.
