We will do that at some point too. However, any data is useful, if you use it in the correct light. More data is not a bad thing. Misuse of that data is a bad thing.

No, it does not have to be. It seems to be more potent sublingually, though. I stayed with the 40mg doses from the studies, but that may have been a bit much. I would lower it a bit.

I am very interested in the 90 day dosing, as my effects turned south past week 5. Perhaps the benefits become side effects the longer you are on it. Getting some hard data on that will be very interesting.
