Transdermal delivery of peptide and protein drugs: An overview. U/MisterYouAreSoDumb can we get transdermal preparations of some of the nootropic peptides please?

It's interesting to hear that nasal P21 feels different than sub-Q. I guess the fact that the 3 routes (nasal, transdermal, and sub-Q) are subject to different enzymatic reactions means that they could produce different metabolites that in turn can produce different effects.
So, if I understand correctly, even though you may be able to get more of the substance into your system via transdermal, there's no guarantee that the effects would be superior.
I'll probably go with the nasal route to try out different peptides. If I like them enough I might suck it up and try out sub-Q. Id really look forward to time-release transdermal patches though :)

I think it is more about the time to reach peak plasma levels in the brain. Nasal seems to get to the brain faster, even if there is a slight loss due to the inefficiency of the nasal mucosa.
