Considering that peptides are sensitive to heat, how do you think they'd hold up against body temperature for sustained release?

Well heat needs ions to catalyze the breakdown. If we could eliminate the ions in the solution, by using deionized water, and keep air away from the solution on the patch, then it should be stable long enough to get through the skin. It's also going to depend on the peptide. Selank would work. CJC-1295 will not.
