Bioavailability will probably still not be as good as SubQ, however it would be better than other routes of administration.
All other epithelial routes of administration (that is, nasal, buccal, oral, rectal, vaginal, and pulmonary) exhibit enzymatic activity comparable to that in the small intestine (Lee, 1988), whereas the skin, although it does contain aminopeptidases, exhibits less enzymatic ac- tivity (Tauber, 1987). This means that the bioavailability of the peptide delivered is increased.
It would additionally have the advantage of providing a way for the peptides to be released at a controlled rate thus eliminating the need to dose multiple times a day.
I personally have a phobia of needles that I could stand to desensitize myself to. However even without that fear multiple injections a day still seems very inconvenient when your out and on the go.

I think nasal is the most promising, easiest to produce, and most convenient for the consumers to use. It's only roughly 70% efficient, but that is enough to justify the route. Not to mention, nasal gets peptides to your brain faster than even sub-Q. I am using nasal P21 right now, and it feels very different than sub-Q.
Patches could be an interesting project. However, there are a lot more variables to take into account. I am certainly going to try it out internally, and see what we can do. But nasal is going to be first priority.
