Discrepancy in Nootropic prices from different sellers? Quality vs price question?

I'm looking to buy some Nootropics (and phenibut) and have been researching the different sellers. I am in the UK, so thought it might be cheaper to buy from some of the UK Noot sites. However, I am really shocked by the discrepancy in prices between some sellers and wondered why this is? Eg;
Intellimeds (UK)
5g of Noopept = £40.37 (reduced from £47.64) https://www.intellimeds.co.uk/noopept-powder
vs
Liftmode (USA)
5g of Noopept = $12.88 (approx £7.92) https://liftmode.com/noopepttm-gvs-111-5-grams-0-18-oz-98-pure-fblm.html.
So Intellimeds (who market themselves as having "low prices") are charging £32.45 more than Liftmode.
Even with shipping costs to the UK, Liftmode is so much cheaper and they have lots of positive customer reviews too.
Is there anything about Intellimeds Noopept which makes it superior to Liftmode's that would warrant such a higher price?

You are not going to get any cheaper than bulk powder US-based vendors. Liftmode, Nootropics Depot, Powder City, etc. They are all going to offer the cheapest price for things like powdered noopept. And no, the purity is not any different. Everyone advertises low prices, or that you are getting a deal. That does not make it true.
