So far it's looking like I"ll go with Nutrigold. The Life Extension one was reaonably priced but the concentration per pill was too low for my liking. I like to minimize how many I have to pop. After putting NutraSEA into the spreadsheet, I see what you mean about the price. It's certainly up there.

The Nutrigold has too high of an EPA/DHA ratio for my liking. To get 500mg of DHA, I would have to take two softgels anyway, and then be getting 1,400mg EPA. Plus, the sesame ligands and olive leaf extract in the LEF help protect the fish oil from oxidation, so the Life Extension is more stable.
