I've tried a lot, from the expensive to the cheap. I keep going back to the Life Extension Super Omega-3 With Sesame Lignans and Olive Fruit Extract. It just seems to be the highest quality for the most reasonable price. NutraSEA DHA was good too, but super expensive.

Fish oil might be overrated based on some of the marketing. However, it is certainly a good supplement to have in your diet. It also has more benefits than just cognitive.
