What needle size and where you do get them, for subcutaneous injections?

They say that, but is is BS most of the time. I do not know all state's laws. However, here in Arizona, you do not need a prescription. I have been refused before, but I just came back with the peptide vial and bacteriostatic water, and showed them what I was doing. The cool ones even get interested in what it is, and the effects you get. Most just want to make sure you are not abusing drugs.
