What youtube videos do you recommend for mixing? I'm having a hard time understanding that concept.

So you can only pierce through the (example) SEMAX top once, so if you can't second dip into the bottle, what do you do with the left over? I don't want to waste anything.

Any good videos or sources you recommend for mixing the bacteriostatic water and the substance? I'm having a nurse friend show me how to inject subcutaneous, but he doesn't know about the mixing :/
