Just noticed your reply. Some of the suni descriptions sound like my reaction to noopept. :-) I'm generally very interested in anything that says 'energy,' and I usually don't have any problems. (Large amounts of caffeine or other vasoconstrictors would be the exception due to rebound = migraine)

In this case, the standout is that people apparently have pronounced reactions, unlike most racetams. I haven't seen polarized descriptions like these for anything else that I can remember.

Why do capsules always seem to be dosed to the max?

We offer noopept in 10mg and 30mg capsules. The sample pack is the 30mg, but that's the most commonly bought. The vast majority of people out there are getting the 30mg ones. 3mg is insanely low for most people. We can't

First off where do you live? Piracetam is legal most everywhere, save for Australia. It's prescription there for god knows what reason. Piracetam is safe, and has almost no side effects. The only common one is headaches
