Hey guys, long time lurker, first time poster and soon to be user (I'm just starting to experiment with this as a friend HIGHLY recommended Noots to me). I just wanted to tell everyone my ordering experience/customer service experience I had. I messed up my own order (I ordered choline bitartrate instead of Alpha GPC) and emailed to have it changed, I received a call from Matt within a minute of sending the e-mail. Matt told me he would have the order changed. Long story short there was a mix up, it was MY fault and they're still fixing the problem. But they're very responsive and don't give you the "uhh let me transfer you to India" run around. I'll post my findings on the Noopept, Phenylpiracetam, and Aniracetam I ordered!
