The title pretty much says it all (I have been reading alot about psychedelic-drugs' ability to alter thinking patterns and thusly improve performance).

You might want to add that clarification in the beginner guide in the Dopaminergics section, as they appear after modafinil. For most people it should be common sense, but while reading through it can appear that the subreddit considers them nootropics.

It does mention that they can be abused, and that they have risks. The term nootropic is a little contested, as some people feel it has evolved from the initial definition. They feel that trying to shove things into a single term, based on risks, is a distraction, and that every substance should be evaluated on an individual basis. I see a lot of that point, and why arguing over strict definitions of the term can be a little pointless.
