It was a white powder very similar to baking soda.

It was impulsive thoughts, my mind was running and i could not stop it. Complete disability to concentrate, strong headache, strange pressure on left side between nose and eye (very disgusting!). And some issues with left eye sight.

I flushed all down the toilet!
