I am finding the higher dosages are better for acute effects. So 2-4 mg. However, I am not sure if that is the best for long term. Cerebrolysin supposedly works well as a large dose once a week. Perhaps P21 would work be

Well this peptide binds much more to human CNTF than Cerebrolysin does. Blocking CNTF eliminates the neurogenetive and cognitive enhancing effects of Cerebrolysin. So it is reasonable to assume that is the main mechanism
