Noopept clumps together like crazy, and is more fluffy than granular. I'd say it wasn't noopept. However, hard to say what it really was without a sample.

Nope. Sigma will tell you to take a hike unless you have a valid laboratory license. I've tried before, when we were trying to do some modafinil testing.
