Could any nootropic trigger a false positive on a drug screen?

I'm starting a new job and will have to complete the obligatory pre-employment drug test. I'm taking bacopa, ashwaganda, noopept. Would there be any problems there? I also take Vyvanse, but I have a script for that.
Should I disclose the noots when I take the test, or not even worry about it?

They dont check for isomer unless done specifically
D-Amphetamine and L-Amphetamine will show the same

I figured most basic tests would not look at the rotation. They would have to NMR it, which is more expensive.
