Could any nootropic trigger a false positive on a drug screen?

I'm starting a new job and will have to complete the obligatory pre-employment drug test. I'm taking bacopa, ashwaganda, noopept. Would there be any problems there? I also take Vyvanse, but I have a script for that.
Should I disclose the noots when I take the test, or not even worry about it?

You'll be fine with those. Don't worry.
The only nootropic I can think of that could pose a problem is l-deprenyl, which would likely test positive for amphetamines. You'd be OK if that happened anyway.

Well Vyvanse is pure D-amphetamine, whereas L-deprenyl will lead to metabolites from the levorotory side of things. So they might think he was taking Adderall with his Vyvanse script. Not sure if they would care, though.
