I've met one, which is surprising since my entire field revolves around the diet. Funnily enough, he was shut up almost immediately by another vegan at the table.

Vegans are usually very happy and upbeat people. However, they do make a lot more Facebook posts with pictures of their food than other people do. I think that is more just passion about what they eat, rather than trying to get other people to change.
