Piracetam and Oxiracetam.
From what I understand, those can't be labeled as for human consumption, and putting it in something called a "drink" is pretty clearly labeling it for human consumption.

This ain't going to bode well for them, unless they know something I don't. I've spoken to a few FDA officials, and they are very clear about using racetams in a product meant for human consumption; especially one that makes claims like "Make You More Effective, Productive, and Focused." They are not going to like that one bit.
