Gingko Biloba
Original post in this thread

went to the pharmacy the other day and asked what they would recommend to enhance brain function. The lady at the counter recommended Gingko Biloba, I've been taking it for a few days but haven't really felt anything and not to sure what it does etc. Any thoughts on the supplement and or experiences on it? is it really worth my time and money?
cheers for all comments and advice :)

I've been taking gingko every day for a couple weeks. I decided to give it another shot using a brand that standardizes to % active ingredients. So far it is pretty lackluster. Can't say I notice much of anything on it. Seems to be helping with my stimulant stack a bit, for circulation. No cognitive effects to note.
I like vinpocetine a lot better. If only it would not depress my immune system...
