While the majority of nootropics are legal or gray market, to my surprise I have noticed some users on this sub reddit and on other nootropic forums casually list fluoroamphetamines in their stacks. I am curious how they obtain these RC's (ie silk road, sketchy web purchase, know-a-guy..etc.), and how they compare, subjectively, to regular amphets? anyone have any knowledge or experience on this subject?

No, not in the strict definition of the word. They are cognitive enhancers, but not nootropics.
