Hello Guys,
i just stopped ecigarette a week ago, it´s a great positive difference to cigarettes, but i do noticed some adverse effects.
My question:
Are there any effects linked to stopping nicotine? (just nicotine, w/o co, co2,etc from cigarettes). Any effects on serotonine or dopa?
Thanks guys and all the best

I recently quit the e-cig for ~10 days, with little-to-no withdrawal symptoms. Since then, I've been cycling one day on and one day off - no discernible negative effects that I can readily observe. I'd definitely recommend the cycling method - when I was partaking daily, I developed a mild psychological dependence that left me slightly apprehensive about.

People constantly make the false equivocation between cigarettes and nicotine. Nicotine is not that addictive without the MAOIs in tobacco. I use nicotine gum for weeks, then stop cold turkey all the time. Sometimes I even forget that I have not taken nicotine in days. But add the MAOIs from tobacco into the nicotine equation, and then shit becomes real. You will notice the decrease in neurotransmitters from the cessation of tobacco smoking.
