Sunifiram exotoxicity dangers

Since this is probably the place to ask i have a few questions about sunifiram .
1. How fast do you get exotoxicity from it and why ?
2. How can i evade exotoxicity from sunifiram ?
3. How do you know this exotoxicity is happening?

Because i just got my sunifiram and i won`t like being brain dead all of the sudden .

Doses as low as 5mg were giving bad side effects. I always take caffeine, so that is always part of the equation. Plus, I am usually on multiple stimulants. Sunifiram does not play well with any stimulants, in my experience.

What is the best nootropic for someone looking primarily for a boost of energy and motivation that's stronger than caffeine but less extreme than amphetamines?

This is a big problem I am seeing with people new to nootropics. They want to immediately jump into a stack, and do not want to put in the time to try thing by themselves, and see how each one affects them in isolation.
