Sunifiram exotoxicity dangers

Since this is probably the place to ask i have a few questions about sunifiram .
1. How fast do you get exotoxicity from it and why ?
2. How can i evade exotoxicity from sunifiram ?
3. How do you know this exotoxicity is happening?

Because i just got my sunifiram and i won`t like being brain dead all of the sudden .

There are people using it with success. It's just not something I am willing to use, and certainly not something I would suggest someone just starting out in nootropics to use.
