Since the brain has elasticity and can indeed change... Wouldn't it stand to reason that this nootropic use will cause permanent change in cognition? Perhaps improve or damage?
I tend to think of them like steroids... While you take them you have a LOT of energy and can then push your brain to really really do its best. Since your using these nootropics to really push your brain, Your brain might just get usto it being pushed, thereby giving you permanent gains but the brain is a lot more complex than a simple muscle... but still.. food for thought.
I thought about this when lately I went off any smart drugs or nootropics, including caffeine. I can't really tell if im smarter but I definitely notice that i'm addicted to learning moreso. Also Every night I have memorable dreams...
Do you notice any permanent effects, is it possible to have permanent effects?

What is "enforcing moderation?" You do not see everything we do. We delete a lot of shit, and do a lot of investigation into shills and misinformation. We are probably one of the most active groups of moderators on Reddit. We have a testing program, and do a lot of behind the scenes investigations that most people do not even realize exist. What we do not do is delete people's opinions we do not agree with. If it is on topic, and not breaking any rules, it is not going to be censored.
