Since the brain has elasticity and can indeed change... Wouldn't it stand to reason that this nootropic use will cause permanent change in cognition? Perhaps improve or damage?
I tend to think of them like steroids... While you take them you have a LOT of energy and can then push your brain to really really do its best. Since your using these nootropics to really push your brain, Your brain might just get usto it being pushed, thereby giving you permanent gains but the brain is a lot more complex than a simple muscle... but still.. food for thought.
I thought about this when lately I went off any smart drugs or nootropics, including caffeine. I can't really tell if im smarter but I definitely notice that i'm addicted to learning moreso. Also Every night I have memorable dreams...
Do you notice any permanent effects, is it possible to have permanent effects?

What would you have us do, delete people's comments we do not agree with? That's censorship, and not something we want to do. You provided counterpoints, and advanced the discussion. That's better than us picking and choosing what people see. Unless people break the rules, we are not going to remove their comments.
