I do not know, unfortunately, most of the libido enhancing compounds have poor researching into what is actually bioactive in them.
If I had to guess I would probably go with the macaenes because they have structural similarity to the compounds in anacyclus pyrethrum, and that general structure of looking like a catecholamine with an unsaturated fatty acid chain on it has popped up a few times for libido enhancers.

Ok, I did some more research. It seems the two most abundant compounds in maca extract are a macaene numbered as 1, and a macamide numbered 5.
Here are the structures of both.
I wonder if I can get the two of those synthesized, then dose them in a similar amount to what would be found in an extract? Hmm, I've got some more research to do!
