Liver enzymes elevated

Not sure, maybe should post this in r/drugs?
My friend just had his labs drawn and he told me his ALT 120's. Two weeks later in the 130's. All other labs completely normal. He had started kratom 6 weeks prior, about 7-10gm / day. Coluracetam, L-theanine 100mg/ day. Modalert 200 1x/day. Phenibutt 1250mg 3x/ week for about 9 or 10 months.Almost never more than 1 beer or glass of wine per evening. 50mg/ day vaped cannabis. Otherwise very healthy. As soon as he heard about the high ALT he dropped the noots, zeroed the etoh, stopped everything except the modafinil, cannabis, and 6-7gm / day kratom. He was hoping the ALT would have gone down but it went up. He'll get it checked again in 2 months.

Just to add to what MisterYouAreSoDumb is saying about combining Modafinil and alcohol..I believe Phenibut can also cause some liver toxicity with prolonged use. I'm pretty sure it says something about that on the Russian drug monograph which I've seen translated somewhere.
Aside from all this, there's two, and likely more, striking variables:
a) Nobody knows what the combination of everything or even two will be on an individual at a given time. Some may be able to take the very cocktail and still have liver enzymes within the normal range at/ during the same time period. They may develop anomalies later though..(So the individual and time) and;
b) Nobody can say for sure how pure the items actually are. Even if they were 100% pure, they could cause problems. It's certainly another variable that would need to be taken into account.

Yeah, I have heard that about phenibut too. He is just mixing too many things.
