Methylphenidate Neurotoxicity?

Does anybody have a link to / know anything about / if Methylphenidate has neurotoxic effects on the brain after continuous administration, especially as it relates to serotonin transporters? I am currently prescribed to take Amphetamine for ADHD, but am begin to notice some serotonin neurotoxicity-like effects, ie heightened anxiety when not on the medication. Is methylphenidate healthier?

I don't think these are the specific studies I was talking about, but this is all I can find at the moment.
