EDIT: Thank you for your answers, your comments convinced me that this Coluracetam is legit. Also, I am not questionning NSN's reputation as a nootropics supplier: I've ordered from them many times and they do a great job.
I ordered some Coluracetam ~1.5 months ago from New Star Nootropics.
The appearance and consistency looks exactly the same as noopept.
I did a few tries (sublingual) and it also has the exact same taste as noopept.
I remember Scienceguy's thread on Longecity: he reported that coluracetam's flavour was quite close to the vile taste of pramiracetam (which is absolutely not the case for me).
Regarding the effects, it could also be very similar to noopept (improved focus with some edginess and overall mitigation of emotions). I did not notice any color enhancement nor verbal skills boosting that many users report with coluracetam.
Did anybody else notice that ?
Does anybody know about a way to differentiate the two substances ?
If I'm not the only one to have this doubt, please report back !

I would not worry too much. Our current white batch of coluracetam does kind of taste like noopept. However, it tests as pure coluracetam. Nothing tastes as bad as pramiracetam.
