SWIM had a package seized by customs, the contents was replaced by a "foreign is risky" leaflet, there was also s green DEA sticker on the envelope, is this normal?

Then only speak to the vendor you bought it from. Usually they will reship to you for free.

Even though it is only schedule 4, who knows how crazy the DEA will choose to get. They might bust through your front window and shoot your dog. Then they will beat you for resisting!
