SWIM had a package seized by customs, the contents was replaced by a "foreign is risky" leaflet, there was also s green DEA sticker on the envelope, is this normal?

Maybe because you had them put SWIM as the receiving name. Seriously, there is no point in using that retarded abbreviation. We know it was you that ordered the modafinil, and so does US Customs. Sites that the purport that usage of SWIM gives you any legal protection are just plain wrong.
As for the shipment itself, I would not worry about it. You can file a formal complaint with customs, and could probably get your modafinil back. However, it would cost you a lot of time and money to fight them on it. I'd just chalk this one up to a loss, and move on.
